SEOUL, Feb 28 Asia Pulse - KTF Co. (KSE:032390), South Korea's second-ranked mobile operator, aims to attract 2.7 million subscribers to its expanded third-generation (3G) mobile communications service by the end of this year, its top executive said Wednesday.
