HOW TO SPOT THEM
Steer clear of a contractor who tries to scare you into any kind of service. Also beware of a tool-less tech--even an inspector with an eagle eye and a hound-dog nose can't detect colorless, odorless carbon-monoxide gas without a CO tester or combustion analyzer.
