DANISH shipping group J Lauritzen's link-up with Japan's NYK Reefers two years' ago created a new powerhouse in the specialised refrigerated cargo trades, second only in fleet size to Belgian shipowner Seatrade.
The Copenhagen reefer specialist through its 50:50 joint venture NYKLauritzenCool now operates in a pool of 60 ships of between 378,000-760,000 cu ft.
