Feb. 27--LEXINGTON A proposed mixed-use development got unanimous approval last night from the Lexington City Council despite some strong opposition from nearby residents. Westview Development Co. and Daniel Timberlake have plans for town homes, a shopping village and other uses on 16 acres at the intersection of Old Salisbury Road and Old Hargrave Road just outside Lexington.
