College student directs high school play.

Feb. 26--ABINGDON -- Abingdon High School's production of "All Shook Up" will have an all-student cast with music by students and directed by a student. Cody Murphy, 22, has been named musical director for the production. Murphy, who lives in Abingdon, is a musical theater major at Emory & Henry College. "He is able to play piano, sing and he's very enthusiastic," said Rose Payne, the high school's choral director. "When you're working with young people, you have to be enthusiastic about what you do." Murphy and Payne held auditions for the musical Jan. 7.
