Rep. Geoff Davis, (R-Ky.) introduced the Coal-to-Liquids Promotion Act of 2007 (H.R. 370) to the U.S. House of Representatives in January. The House bill is similar to the legislation of the same name (S. 155) introduced in the Senate earlier in the month by Sen. Jim Bunning (R-Ky.).
