From the Top, a non-profit organization that encourages and celebrates the commitment of young people to music and the arts through radio, television, the Internet and in school programming, received a $370,000 four-year grant from the Wallace Foundation for peer-to-peer education programs in three Boston Public Schools. This new grant allows From the Top to draw together resources and media platforms to build a comprehensive program for engaging students in grades 3-5 in the arts.
