Brussels shares up late morning, led by Barco on Q4 results.

BRUSSELS (AFX) - Brussels shares were up in late morning trade, with Umicore and Barco leading the blue-chip index as analysts took a positive view of Barco's fourth-quarter results that were in line with company guidance, traders said.

At 11.39, the Bel 20 was up 7.19 points or 0.16 pct at 4,535.28.

Barco rose 0.85 eur or 1.25 pct to 69.10.

The imaging technology company posted fourth-quarter EBITA of 26.8 mln eur, up from 19.1 mln last year and in line with guidance of 25-30 mln.

The figure just missed analysts' expectations of 27-28 mln eur.
