The FTSE All (Financial Times All share index) has risen 1.5% and NASDAQ 2% over the holiday period, although the Taiwan Stock Exchange lost 2%. But all bar one of our shares increased in value this period, making it a very good and promising start to the year.

Opsec Holds

OpSec's share price gained 40% in the previous period on the back of the good interim results and positive outlook, and it held onto that strong gain this period. On December 11 the share price briefly reached 89p, its highest level in five years. Opsec's price/earnings (P/E) ratio is now 23.1--still a high rating--and its market value is [pounds sterling]43m. Trading in the shares was light.
