ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AFX) - EchoStar Communications Corp. said Friday it has restored the Court TV channel to its Dish Network satellite television service after resolving a fee dispute with Turner Broadcasting System Inc.

The nation's second-largest satellite TV provider pulled the channel Jan. 1 because of the dispute over subscription fees.

EchoStar and Atlanta-based TBS said they are pleased with the new financial agreement but did not disclose the terms. The channel has been moved to …
