Overview of Features

Measurement System and Computations: 4-microphone array called the "3D acoustic probe" is used to make acoustic measurements. Loudspeaker measurements (distance, azimuth, and elevation) are claimed to have a precision better than within 1cm (distance) and 2[degrees] error for the angles (azimuth and elevation) from the wavefront emitted by the loudspeaker. (internal algorithm calculates acoustic center for speaker with non-coincident drivers). Loudspeaker characteristic measurements include frequency and phase/group delay response.
