Mono a Mono: It's time to revisit a couple of topics from previous columns: mono music reproduction and CD reissues, particularly of the jazz genre. This is in response to emails received at the office and forwarded along.
On the jazz CD reissue topic, hunter-gatherers can spot many new CD releases of vintage jazz LPs on the website of Jazz Messengers (www.jazzmessengers.com). It's based in Europe and important label that shows up there is Lone Hill Jazz, which comes out of Spain.
