Shetland businesses receive accolade.

Three Shetland businesses have been recognised for commitment to service and business excellence.
Country house hotel Busta House, tour company Island Trails and the Shetland Fudge Company are the first three companies in the islands to have achieved accreditation as part of the Hospitality Assured initiative.
Hospitality Assured has been tailored by Highlands and Islands Enterprise for tourism businesses in the area.
Business development manager at Shetland Enterprise David Watson said: "Hospitality Assured helps improve business planning, communications, teamwork, leadership, customer satisfaction and networking.
