1 Cleanse face to remove oil so the active ingredients can penetrate more effectively. Let skin dry completely. 2 Apply the peel over entire face starting at the T-zone Navoid the eye area, brows, lips, nostrils, and neck. 3 A tingling sensation is normal, but if skin becomes irritated or inflamed, apply the neutralizer and
rinse with cold water. Otherwise, leave on for the time instructed, which can be as much as ten minutes. 4 Spread the neutralizer over all areas of the face where the peel was applied, working out from the T-zone. 5 Wait one minute. If a film remains on the skin, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and blot dry with a towel. 6 Before skin is completely dry, smooth on a rich moisturizing cream without any potential irritants (such as retinol). For oily skin, use a lightweight lotion instead. 7 To soothe any redness or discomfort, apply a thin layer of 1 percent hydrocortisone cream. 8 DonOt go to bed straightawayNwait until at least a half hour after the treatment. Lying on a pillow before skin has calmed down may cause irritation.
