Each year in January the antiques world flocks to Manhattan. Special exhibitions and sales are mounted throughout the city, offering something for everyone. The centerpiece, of course, is the annual Winter Antiques Show, which takes place at the Seventh Regiment Armory on Park Avenue, this year between January 19 and 28. As always, proceeds from the antiques show will benefit the East Side House Settlement in the Bronx. A preview party will be held on January 18. Details of the show's loan exhibition and of several of the other fascinating events taking place in the city this month follow.
