JAKARTA, Feb 1 Asia Pulse - The American Importers Association (AIA) announced on Wednesday that the value of Indonesian exports to the United States in 2006 reached US$13.14 billion, an increase of about 12 per cent from US$12 billion in 2006.
A release from AIA made available to Antara said that in 2007 the value of Indonesian exports to the US was predicted to reach US$15 billion on account of rising confidence of US consumers toward Indonesia.
"US imports of Indonesian commodities will be bigger in 2007," AIA director Phillip W Byrd said.
