Pedestrian runs into car
At Hitchin County Court recently a motorist was awarded GBP26 10s 1d damages and costs against a pedestrian who was said to have run into his car. He said that it was an unusual type of case, but there was no reason why a motorist, who had suffered damage as a result of a pedestrian should not claim damages.
