The British Insurance Brokers' Association has partnered training provider Searchlight solutions to launch a CD course in essential management skills for insurance staff.
The CD is designed for inexperienced managers and allows them to study for a certificate in management skills.
'Essentials of Management' consists of nine modules, from effective communication to managing conflict. Two questions with model answers end each section and a 10-question quiz ends each module.
