MANILA, Jan. 31 Asia Pulse - Philippine gross domestic product (GDP) rose by measly 4.8 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2006, bringing the full-year growth to 5.4 per cent, still within forecast band of 5.3 to 5.6 per cent.
