Organizing your space in accordance with the ancient Chinese practice of feng shui can be a very modern approach to living a better life.

Nancy Wesson, who specializes and is certified in Black Sect/Western feng shui, said the practice is more than just arranging furniture. It is a deep symbolic system.

"There is a lot of symbolism in an environment. For example, people who want relationships that are surrounded by artwork and books is a symbolization of'I'm single and I will stay that way,'" Wesson said....
