1. RATES All insertion orders are accepted subject to provisions of our current rate card. Rates are subject to change upon notice from the publisher. Should a change in rates be made, space reserved may be canceled by the advertiser or its agency at the time the change becomes effective.
2. COPY All contents of advertisements are subject to publisher's approval. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment at any time without cause.
3. PROOFS Advertisements MUST be received at least 24 hours BEFORE 3 p.m. CST on final closing date to be entitled to the privilege of O.K. or revision by the advertiser or its agency.
3. CHANGES Cancellations or changes in orders may not be made by the advertiser or its agency after the closing date.
4. POSITIONS Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the publisher, with every attempt made to group ads for similar types of positions. A request for a specific preferred position must be acknowledged by the publisher in writing.
5. DELIVERY Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and/or nondelivery in the event of an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, ...
