Jan. 5--The Inn and Spa at Loretto hasn't set a date for opening a new wing, ballroom and meeting space that owners plan to build at the downtown Santa Fe property. But the project took an important step toward reality following a unanimous Planning Commission approval Thursday night of the development plan. Noble House Hotels and Resorts plans a 25-room, four-story addition totaling more than 40,000 square feet, according to Santa Fe architect Eric Enfield, president of Architectural Alliance.
