INVERNESS star John Rankin reckons his boss has got it all wrong over the gruelling festive fixture list. Caley Thistle gaffer Charlie Christie believes the tough schedule of playing four games in 10 days is just too hectic and begged the SPL to put today's home clash with St Mirren back 24 hours. But fresh from netting a spectacular winner against Rangers on Wednesday and a similar goal against Falkirk at the weekend, midfielder Rankin can't wait to get stuck in again. The 23-year-old insisted: "Having a lot of games is not an excuse - we're professional players and we do the same amount of training as Falkirk so we should be able to play three games in a week no problem. "We can't blame tiredness for the result against Falkirk. We've got to pick ourselves up now for the game against St Mirren.
