FALLEN despot Saddam Hussein may be dead, but the Iraqi government is still living in fear of his eldest daughter Raghad. The woman - known as "Little Saddam" for her volcanic temper - has been accused of helping to bankroll the insurgency in Iraq with her father's stolen millions. She is Number 16 on the new Iraqi regime's "most wanted" list and took charge of family affairs when Saddam was captured. It was Raghad, 39, who assembled the international team of lawyers to defend the brutal tyrant - but she could not save him from the gallows. She was told her father was doomed to hang as she enjoyed a typical day of pampering at a beauty salon in Jordan, where she enjoys a life of luxury.
