TAIPEI, Jan 1 Asia Pulse - The Ministry of the Interior (MOI) is set to promulgate Jan. 1 the declared value and declared prices of land around the country for 2007, with declared land value increasing 4.11 per cent on average and declared land prices rising 10 per cent on average.
The country's most expensive plot of land is the one occupied by the Shin Kong Life Tower in downtown Taipei City, with its declared value for 2007 amounting to NT$973,152 (US$29,863) per square metre, compared with NT$961,978 in 2006, MOI officials said.
