TURKEY'S KORDES GLOBAL ACQUIRES BRANTA MULIA.
JAKARTA, Jan 1 Asia Pulse - Kordes Global of Turkey had acquired 51.29% of publicly listed tire cord producer PT Branta Mulia at a price of around US$51 million, an official of the Indonesian company said.
Branta Mulia Director Andry Pribadi told the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) that Kordes had bought the shares on Dec 22 from a number of its shareholders.
Pribadi said that according to plan, the new majority shareholder would soon make a tender offer for the shares still held by other shareholders, ...
