NOMINEE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS DOCUMENTATION, INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
If you are nominating someone, please be sure to consult with the nominee about all of the information requested. Each application will be judged on its own merits by the members of the NACM Honors and Awards Committee. Each application should be as complete as possible and include detailed information as requested within each award category below. Supplemental information, beyond that listed within each category, such as letters of recommendation/ endorsement of candidates may be added. The deadline for all nominations is February 3, 2006.
CATEGORY I
CBA, CBF and CCE Designation of Excellence and the National Credit Executive of the Year
Documentation and Information that should accompany nominee applications in this category includes:
I. NACM National Participation and Volunteer Service
Please include information about service on an NACM national committee or task force, or National Board service. Please be sure to provide date information (for example May 2004--June 2006) when describing terms of service. Also include information about participation at nationally sponsored conferences, programs and events.
