Louisiana remains in the early stages of economic recovery from the hurricanes of 2005. Although a state of unique culture, food and music, it may take many years to return to the pre-hurricane world of "laissez les bons temps rouler" (let the good times roll).
In this "sober" condition, however, credit managers, attorneys and others in the field have adapted to address the massive devastation.
