Winter oat varieties Brochan and Tardis join the Recommended List for 2007/08 offering distinct differences in yield and quality.
Tardis has a treated yield two per cent above previous list topper SW Dalguise, with a rating of 103. It is the only variety with 7 ratings for for mildew and crown rust. Tardis' kernel content is a little lower than some varieties on the list, but is similar to that of Gerald.
