Approximately 300 new members of the College of Optometrists are expected to attend the Diploma Ceremony at Westminster's Central Hall on Wednesday January 31.The event has moved from London's Guildhall, which is being refurbished. Westminster's Central Hall has throughout its history played host to events of national and international importance. Mahatma Ghandi, General de Gaulle and Winston Churchill have all addressed meetings at the venue.
