It is generated from a combination of increased market demand for field services and industry efforts to educate and certify firms operating in the field-servicing marketplace. Industry insider agree that education efforts need be organized through associations such as the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, the nonprofit whose stated goal is to increase business opportunities and networking among its members.
NAMFS executives like Alan W. Bunker, president and CEO of Spectrum Field Services, Inc. and past president for instance said, "Probably the most important thing regarding the mortgage field services industry in 2007 will be education, training and certification."
