Kenneth Lay may be laying in rest, but did his great escape stiff creditors? That is, if he has any creditors. Essentially, Mr. Lay's death turned his personal indictment and conviction into a legal footnote in this endless saga of corporate malfeasance in one of the largest corporate scandals in history.
