Dec. 5--HIGH POINT -- Ilene Danchig had the choice of spending early December in High Point or the south of France.
Even though part of her family vacation time was at stake, Danchig decided that the opportunity to reach new clients for her textile-design studio in New York was too good to turn down.
"I can either make money here or spend money there," Danchig said yesterday with a chuckle. "We're getting the chance to meet potential new clients, support existing clients and renew older industry relationships."
