Today, the National Media Museum in Bradford launches a new campaign to find the nation's favourite moments from the world of TV, film, photography, radio and the internet. Chris Bond reports.
THE Apollo 11 moon landing? How about Geoff Hurst scoring England's fourth goal to win the World Cup? A moment immortalised by Kenneth Wolstenholme's TV commentary: "Some people are on the pitch. They think it's all over ... It is now." Then there's the Queen's Coronation in 1953, or the moment in Dr No when Sean Connery utters the words, "Bond, James Bond" for the first time and in doing so creates a piece of cinematic history.
