OC Oerlikon Balzers Ltd. Wins Patent Infringement Case Against Prodisc Inc.
The District Court of Dusseldorf / Germany Has Ruled in Favour of OC Oerlikon Balzers AG (Oerlikon) in a Patent Infringement Case Against Prodisc Inc (docket no.: 4a O 454 05).
BALZERS, Liechtenstein--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov.
30, 2006--Legal action for a declaratory judgment of non-infringement of the German patent DE 197 089 49 C2 was filed by Prodisc Inc. at the District Court of Dusseldorf.
The patent in question covers such species of segmented color wheels as shown below and used for projection apparatus.
