The F.W. Dodge Division of the McGraw-Hill Cos. has reported future construction contracts for the state of Kansas for the month of October.

Contracts totaling $110 million in nonresidential construction were written in October, a 43 percent decrease from $191 million in contracts written in October 1999. For year-to-date on a cumulative basis, contracts through October totaled $1.3 billion, a 13 percent decrease from $1.5 billion in contracts …
