Local brokerage merges with New Yorkers.(Brief Article)

Corporate Advisory Group, the Sacramento brokerage that arranged the RAS Consulting and AP Engines leases, has merged with CRESA Partners LLC of New York City.

Corporate Advisory was the only commercial real estate brokerage in Sacramento catering solely to tenants and buyers of commercial real estate, not landlords. Most brokerages represent tenants and landlords.

Corporate Advisory group was founded in 1998 by veteran office brokers Jim Niethammer and Russel Gallaway. They have focused on representing companies moving to Sacramento from the Bay Area.
