LEXINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 2000

iHigh, Inc., the High School Marketing Network, announced today that it has acquired Host Communications' High School Marketing Division and, with it, the right to represent the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) as its official marketing partner. All related activities will shift from Host Communications' various affiliate offices to iHigh's Lexington headquarters and be managed on a daily basis by iHigh's network of field representatives in each state. iHigh also represents 12 individual states for offline marketing.
