Hart Information Services Inc. has won its campaign for funding: The Austin company drummed up $32.5 million in second-round financing to sell and market its electronic voter registration systems nationwide.

Leading the round was Austin-based Texas Growth Fund Management Corp. Previous investor Triton Ventures, RES Partners of Austin, Summit Capital of Houston and Dallas-based Stratford Capital also contributed to the funding. Hoak Breedlove Wesneski & Co. provided investment management services to Hart.
