Corum Group announced today that its client, The American Contractor of Capitola, California, has been acquired by Maxwell Systems, Inc., of Norristown, Pennsylvania. American Contractor will operate as a subsidiary of Maxwell Systems and the sales teams and dealer network of both companies will service the combined customer base.
Bill Montgomery, Senior Vice President at The Corum Group commented, "American Contractor's 2,500 quality customers and dealer network largely on the west coast are a great compliment to Maxwell's east coast presence.
