U.S. Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson just wrapping up a speech in London, where he reiterated his call to the world leaders to restart global trade talks and describing the stakes in reviving the failed Doha Round of negotiations as huge.

HENRY PAULSON, TREASURY SECRETARY: Today the nations of the world have a tremendous opportunity to create freer markets in many sectors through the Doha Round of trade negotiations. Nothing would be more beneficial to global economic growth than a successful Doha agreement.
