HELSINKI (AFX) - Stora Enso said it sold its 5.4 pct holding in Finnish shipping group Finnlines for 35 mln eur.

The group will record a 33 mln eur one-off gain on the sale in its fourth quarter results.

Stora Enso did not name the buyer, however, one likely candidate is Finnlines' largest shareholder Grimaldi.
