Report: Panel urges pullout of most troops

WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- The bipartisan Iraq Study Group will recommend that most U.S. combat forces be pulled out of Iraq by early 2008, the Washington Post reported.

The newspaper, citing sources who did not want to be identified because the report is not scheduled to be released until next week, said the group will also recommend that the military begin embedding U.S. soldiers with Iraqi forces, starting almost immediately.
