Up volume is about seven times down volume, but it is early, and you can get those skews early in the day. Our next guest in the camp expecting economic growth to continue next year, and for that reason he says equities of all shapes and sizes should continue to outperform. Mike Cuggino, president, portfolio manager of Permanent Portfolio Funds. His permanent portfolio fund carries a five-star Morningstar rating and is outperforming the S&P 500, year-to-date is up more than 14 percent. S&P is up about 11.5.
