LEISURE Link's long-serving deputy managing director of its machine management arm, and erstwhile BACTA President Keith Smith has retired after 15 years in the industry.
Smith, who was recently replaced by Tim Batstone as BACTA President, turned 60 last month.
While he plans to spend more time with his young daughter, he will continue to work with Leisure Link on a consultancy basis, overseeing a number of "operational re-engineering" projects.
He will also stay on at BACTA as trustee of the Gaming Industry Charitable Trust, as well as staying active in the gambling review working party.
