Advanced Radio Telecom Corp., a Nasdaq-traded company in Bellevue, Wash., announced a "portfolio agreement" with Pinnacle Holdings to tap about 480 buildings in Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D. C., with Pinnacle Holdings' towers.
