Coin machine stolen from business.(B SECTION)

Resourceful thieves took some help from the business they were stealing from in North Port on Wednesday.

They used the dolly of the Royal Cleaners Laundromat, 14251 Tamiami Trail , to steal a 350-pound brown coin machine valued at $3,500. They kept the dolly and took coin wrappers, a flashlight and keys valued at $35.

North Port police have no suspects and are investigating.

Man charged in golf cart mischief

Venice police charged a 20-year-old Englewood man Wednesday in connection with a June 19 incident in which the cart barn at the Capri Isles Golf Club was broken into and the carts driven around the course.
