Peace River Productions shows its pizzazz on Saturday; The theater at the Cultural Center of Charlotte County is home to several performing groups composed of talented local folks who love to entertain. Peace River Productions is one such group. Long known for contributing to charitable causes, the PRP cast plans an evening of musical highlights and comedy starting with master of ceremonies, Joe Orlando.

Orlando has a great, formally trained voice to begin with, has sung with Liberty Singers and was one of the singers selected to perform with Metropolitan Opera singer, Gregg Baker, but he loves to make people laugh, too. Be prepared for an Elvis tribute that rocks.

Crooner Frank Garriton joins Orlando for a comedy duet singing "The Lady Is a Tramp." Orlando also joins Debbie Marino for "Cabaret." Garriton spins "Black Magic" and "One for my Baby" as well.

The mellow tones of Madeline Kleemann will be heard in "On My Own," and " Besame Mucho." Pat Burdge joins Kleeman for "Red Sails" and "Harbor Lights." Be prepared for a rockin' "Big Spender" by Patty Wilson and soulful "For Your Eyes Only" by songbird Debbie Myers who also puts out a zesty "Let's Go to Vegas."
