Pat Benatar was the '80s queen of rock. Period. So much so that "Shadows of the Night" and "Heartbreaker" were synonymous with late-night cruising and neon-lit skating rinks.
The 11-track Go is Benatar's first release in six years, and one thing is for sure: Her voice hasn't changed an octave, or at all, for that matter. Opening track "Go" powers through bulletproof strums by co-collaborator Neil Giraldo, reminiscent of "Hell Is for Children" but more Y2K.
