Yorkshire Water owner Kelda to return GBP750m to shareholders.

Kelda, the company which owns Yorkshire Water, said it will return GBP750m to shareholders following completion of the sale of its US business, Aquarion, which is expected early next year.

Kelda said that it had also "determined that it is appropriate" to contribute GBP50m to its group pension scheme.
